CSAT Calculator turns satisfaction rating counts into a Customer Satisfaction Score. Use it after a visit, ticket, or delivery when people rate you on a 5-point or 7-point scale and you need the satisfied percentage quickly. In this article you will learn how to pick a scale, enter the counts, and read the CSAT result.
The tool is at form.ms/tools/csat-calculator.
1. Open the calculator
Go to the CSAT Calculator. CSAT is (satisfied divided by total) times 100.

2. Pick a scale and enter counts
Choose 5-point, 7-point, or Totals. On a 5-point scale, 4 and 5 count as satisfied. On a 7-point scale, 5, 6, and 7 count as satisfied. Type how many people chose each rating. Industry reference is optional.
3. Read the score
You get CSAT as a percentage, the satisfied count, and an average rating. Your own trend line matters more than any published midpoint.
